In 1960, the first rooftile machine was bought to the former farm Larsagården in Edsvära. It was the careful start for what today is the  Benders group.   The family has always meant a lot for the Benders progress. Benders is still a family company with the foundaitor Karl-Erik Bender as chairman of the board. His son Ove who started to work in the factory many years ago, is today President and Group CEO.   There are a nearness whitin Benders who employe, customers, dealers and other who works with the company appreciate. Curiosness and concern for people creates a closeness wich spreads even outside the walls of Benders. The familiar climate makes it easy to get contact with the right people, get clear avswers and have a leadership whitout prestige.
